Elysium Inc., Los Angeles.  1967.  21 x 28 cms.  96 pages in card covers.  Almost all black & white and colour photographs with a little interspersed text.

Diane appeared twice, under her birth name of Marguerite Empey, as Playmate of the Month in early issues of Playboy magazine (May 1955 and February 1956), the photos taken by Russ Meyer, who went on to fame as the director of such (now cult) movies as Beyond the Valley of the Dolls and Faster Pussycat! Kill!! Kill!!.  In the 1960's she worked as an actress in films and on TV, and set up a belly-dancing school, running shows under the title Perfumes of Araby through the 1970's.

With her husband, Joe Webber, Diane developed an interest in nudism / naturism and appeared in many nudist magazines.  The book offered here documents the Webber's nudist life style.  There is a small amount of text by June and Ed Lange, who is also credited with some of the photos some of which were presumably taken at Lange's Elysium naturist resort and who published this book.

A few of the photos include the Webber's young son.  While these are obviously taken in a non-exploitative situation I do not wish either myself as seller or you as buyer to be embarrassed so I have taken the step of adding felt-tipped ink shorts to him in these photos.

Otherwise the contents are fine: the covers are lightly scuffed, presumably from some adhesion.
